RETURN POLICY

Books may be returned ONLY:

  • If they have been delivered in a damaged condition
  • If there are missing/defective pages
  • If incorrect book(s) have been delivered
  • If there is any other manufacturing defect
  • A return request with us can be raised only within 4 days of receiving your order. Return requests raised with us after 4 days of delivery will NOT be accepted.

    Returns will not be entertained if it is raised due to following reasons:

  • Return requested after 4 days of receiving the order.
  • Books with tampered ISBN numbers.
  • If returned books are not along with the original packaging
  • No longer needed due to various personal reasons.
  • If customer does not like content of the ordered books
  • Books ordered in error/mistakenly.
  • What happens if I did not receive the Parcel or return it :

  • If the customer is not able to receive the parcel and it returned back to us then in that can customer will be charged with the reverse shipping fees & 2.5% gateway charges while getting the refund.
  • If Customer want to return the parcel, then he/she has to send the books on his own expense, or we will arrange the pickup but this reverse shipping fees will be charged to customer.
  • If the customer receives the damage or wrong books then it will be replaced by Medioks, free of cost.

    Once the book(s) are returned, when will I receive the refund?

    A refund amount will be initiated from our end only after the book(s) have reached us in good condition. Once initiated, you will receive an email confirming the return request details. The amount will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days.
